S4 Serenity STAYS is located at Surathkal , Mangalore along the National Highway 66 . We provide A/C and Non A/C rooms for boarding, lodging and dormitory. The stay is just 3kms away from Surathkal Railway Station, 2kms from Surathkal bus station and 15kms from the Mangalore International Airport making it an ideal mix of excellent location, amenities and accessibility. We have dormitory room allowing occupancy of 12 members at a time along with beautifully designed and spacious standard rooms ensuring that each stay is memorable.

1. It is mandatory for all guests and their visitors to share their valid ID card.
2. Foreign nationals are requested to present their passport and valid visa.
3. Check and check out 24 hours.
4. Major credit and debit cards are acceptable. We do not accept personal cheque for payment.
5. Children upto the age of 8 years can stay free. Above 8 years will be charged as per extra adult.
6. Room service shall be between 6:00 am – 11:00pm
7. Damages done to the objects belonging to the property will be charged.
1. The customer is liable to pay 50% of the total booking amount as an advance.
2. In case of cancellation within 24 hours, NO REFUND will be initiated.
3. Cancellation done before 24 hours , 50% from the advance amount paid will be refunded.
4. No refund in case of cancellation of Dormitory booking.
5. Only one preponement / postponement is permitted within 48 hours subject to availability of accommodation.
6. After availing one postponement / Preponement no cancellation is permitted
